Welcome to our FAQ, we are so happy to have you here and as a client.
We have tried to answer the most common questions.

ORDERING

What is the order deadline for Friday delivery?

Orders must be confirmed by 8PM on Tuesday night for that week’s Friday delivery. All orders placed
after this deadline will be delivered the following Friday.

If I am out of the delivery zone, Can I still place an order?

Absolutely! You can place an order for pick up.

Orders can be picked up on Saturday mornings from 8AM-
10AM in Stone Ridge at North River Electric House. The address is 3650 Main St, Stone Ridge, NY 12484.

Can I cancel my order ?

If you have any order issues please email us as soon as possible at Hello@HartsUpstate.com. For a full
refund, orders must be cancelled by 8PM on Tuesday night for that week’s Friday delivery.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

You can check to see if you are in our delivery zone here.
Our current delivery zone covers the towns of Accord, High Falls, Kerhonkson, New Paltz,
Olivebridge, Rosendale, & Stone Ridge.

We will quickly be expanding to more areas. If you’d like to
add your address to our delivery area, please email us at Hello@HartsUpstate.com.

When can I expect my Friday delivery?

Friday deliveries are made between 8AM and 6PM. Please note at this time we cannot guarantee delivery
times.

If this is an issue, or you will be not be home to receive your order you can always pick up your
order Saturday mornings in Stone Ridge. (see above)

How does delivery work?

When you place your order you can select from either delivery or pick up. And to make life easier, you
also have the option to order for a few consecutive Fridays in a row.

Shipping

Do you ship nationally?

Not Yet! But once we iron out the packaging and shipping kinks we will be.

Other Questions

Do you do gift wrap?

Every Hart’s Upstate order is shipped in gift ready packaging but you can add a personalized, hand-written letterpress card for a small extra charge at check out.

Do you do gift cards?

Absolutely! Just drop is a line at Hello@Hart’sUpstate.com and we can arrange a gift card.

Do you make accommodations for dietary restrictions or food allergies?

At the moment, we cannot make substitutions to boxes. Please also note that we are NOT a nut free facility.
